Human capital in aquaculture and blue bioeconomy perspectives

Both aquaculture and blue bioeconomy industries are rapidly changing to adapt to the increasing global challenges, i.e., climate impact, supply chain bottlenecks, disease, and change in consumer demand.

Alex Wan is inviting companies in the sector to complete a survey so he can understand better the skill needs of industry to inform future higher education and training courses.

This survey is aimed to gauge state agencies, institutions, and the private sector on their needs in future and current employees. The results will be used to generate new strategies in meeting these needs through new research, education, and investments.
