The developer of the major wind farm off the coast of Wicklow is preparing to carry out offshore surveys during the month of June.
The Department of Transport said the developer of the proposed Codling Bank Wind Park had notified it of plans to carry out geotechnical surveys off the coast of Dublin to assess the potential export cable corridor for the wind farm.
A marine notice states that works are expected to start on Monday, June 6 and continue until early July, subject to weather.
Other marine users operating in the area are asked to keep their distance and reduce speed.
