Ireland's marine and maritime industries are home to innovative businesses, specialist expertise and significant opportunities for growth. Helping companies, particularly SMEs, realise that potential takes more than good ideas. It takes people who can build relationships, connect expertise, champion industry needs and turn opportunities into practical results.

As the Marine Ireland Industry Cluster CLG is transitioning to its next stage of development, we are looking to connect with enthusiastic, capable consultants who share our ambition to strengthen Ireland's marine industry.

We are establishing a pool of interested consultants who may wish to contribute to future activities, potentially including:

• Cluster development and industry engagement – strengthening connections, understanding business needs and developing practical support for marine companies.
• Innovation and collaborative projects – project management, and bringing together businesses, technology providers and research expertise to develop and deliver new opportunities or provide support.
• Business growth, market access and accelerator programmes – helping marine SMEs develop their capabilities, explore new markets and progress commercial opportunities.

We would particularly welcome hearing from people who are passionate about supporting SMEs, enjoy working across public and private organisations and sectors, and can bring initiative, practical experience and fresh thinking. Marine sector experience is an advantage, but we are equally interested in people with relevant expertise from other industries.
