GoNaturePositive! (GNP) survey on the Blue Economy in Ireland
Share
As part of the Horizon funded GoNaturePositive! (GNP) initiative, the Western Development Commission (WDC) are carrying out a market survey on the Blue Economy in Ireland.
The project aims to raise awareness and support practical progress towards a nature-positive economy. This will be the largest study of its kind in Europe, bringing together over 500 businesses across sectors to explore emerging trends, opportunities, and the key challenges facing the market.
As part of this study, WDC invite you to take part in a short questionnaire exploring how sustainable and nature-positive principles are being applied across your sector, as well as the key challenges and benefits involved. The survey will take around 15–20 minutes to complete, and your insights and experiences will play an important role in shaping the outcomes of this research. Your voice will help inform future approaches, support, and opportunities for businesses like yours.
This survey aims to understand the market potential for more sustainable, nature-positive businesses and how current and future trends are setting the stage for new opportunities and challenges. We also want to understand what types of support you, as a business, need from other stakeholders to transform into a more sustainable, nature-positive model.
