CALL 3 IS NOW OPEN

ADT4Blue’s OC3 offers an acceleration programme for at least 30 selected proposals coming from innovative SMEs, individuals, teams, entrepreneurs, startups, researchers, students and/or alumni.

ADT4Blue Open Call 3 is seeking proposals addressing 18 Challenges within 7 Blue Economy domains

• Ocean Literacy
• Communication
• Port Activities
• Ocean Renewable Energies
• Shipping & repair
• Aquaculture & Fisheries
• Ocean Monitoring, Conservation and Marine Ecosystem Protection

By participating, you’re contributing to the sustainable use of ocean resources for economic growth, improved livelihoods, and ecosystem health.

Who can Apply

We welcome applicants based in Europe or in a Horizon Europe participating country with innovative ideas addressing one of the challenges stated above, including:

• Entrepreneurs
• Legally established SMEs & start-ups
• Innovators and researchers
• Students and alumni
• Teams or individuals with a passion for Blue Economy innovative ideas

Timeline

• Call Opening Date: October 29th, 2025
• Deadline for Submission: December 30th, 2025 5pm CET
• Evaluation and Selection: January 2026
• Final ADT4Blue Event: Between August & October 2026 (Aveiro – Portugal)
