ASL Safety & Training has continued to add further international Global Wind Organisation Training programmes.
In the last week at Irelands Wind Energy Trade Show, ASL Safety & Training Group were proud to announce Global Wind Organisation approval for another 8 new training programmes. This announcement is a huge achievement for our Arklow, Co. Wicklow based company and follows months of preparation and planning and auditing.
The programmes added are on top of all our existing safety & technical training programmes specific to the wind industry. With these and our augmented mobile capability, we are now the sole provider in Ireland capable of delivery of all of these programmes. We are looking forward to strong collaborations across the public and private sector both here, in the U.K. and beyond.
The addition of these programmes continues our investment and innovation in this area. We are continuing to add further programmes over the next few years, these programmes will be important as our burgeoning Offshore Wind & Marine Industry continues on the upward growth trajectory.
Speaking following the approval, Mark Corcoran, MD at ASL Safety & Training Group said;
“Following a lengthy approval process, we are delighted to have these programmes over the line and available from our centres, we are now the only provider of all of the Global Wind Organisation Training Standards in Ireland, our augmented mobile capability and our mobile training facility now allows us to deliver these programmes from our Arklow Base and anywhere the client needs them delivered, be it in Ireland or further afield, we will be continuing our investment in renewables and marine training and will have further announcements as the approvals and partnerships are finalised”
