NMCI Training Services is transitioning the certification of STCW courses to the Seafarers Information System (SIS)

NMCI Training Services is transitioning the certification of STCW courses to the Seafarers Information System (SIS).
This is a mandatory requirement of the Marine Surveyors Office.

As a result of this transition, STCW certificates will be issued through SIS following the successful completion of training.
Learner Registration Requirements:

To register for any STCW course, learners must have a Seafarers ID and upload a photograph and signature to the SIS.
This registration only needs to be completed once.

Once your details are registered on SIS, they will apply to all subsequent STCW courses. Please complete your SIS registration using the following link: ERegister
