This programme is designed for you if:

You’re a founder, CEO, MD, or senior leader of an Irish SME. You’re planning or pursuing innovation in products, services, processes, or business models. You can commit two senior leaders to attend the full programme

Past participants include Managing Directors, CEOs, R&D Managers, Innovation and Strategy Leads, CTOs, and Business Development Directors — from sectors including manufacturing, technology, medtech, engineering, food, and digital services.

Each company sends two senior leaders. With a maximum of 12 companies selected, the cohort is deliberately small to ensure meaningful peer learning and individual attention
