Digital Marketing Executive

Brief Description of the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy that complements our brand across all our digital platforms and creating engaging content that helps to tell our story and the reasons we are doing what we do.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining our brand and ensuring we are living by our values
• Managing Group and individual project websites and intranet (including all images, tools, and content)
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media
• Developing a social media strategy and social media calendar to reflect all activity across the Group and overseeing social media across all channels
• Drafting posts and creating social media assets
• Delivering effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging
• Overseeing management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience)
• Updating news sections, project blogs and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.) and overall management
• Managing metrics such as Google Analytics and carrying out social listening
• Monthly measuring, reporting, and recommending on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and social media analytics
• Collating and drafting content for our internal e-newsletter
• Overseeing video creation for promo videos, vlogs etc
• Creating engaging PowerPoint presentations

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Full knowledge of social media and website metrics and best practices.
• Creative, motivated and with a strong passion for fighting climate change
• Good analytical skills
• Fully up to speed on all social media platforms
• Experience at managing & analysing paid digital advertisements
• Needs to be confident in using Canva, SharePoint, Word Press, PowerPoint
• Video editing software (e.g., Adobe)
• Able to work across multiple projects and across multiple teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required
• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing
• Excellent writing skills

• Ability to work under pressure
