SAVE THE DATE | SME & Clusters Assembly 2026

Preparations are underway for the SME & Clusters Assembly 2026, which will take place on 2–4 November in Dublin, Ireland, under the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

For the first time, the event brings together the SME Assembly and the European Cluster Conference into a single flagship gathering, reflecting a more integrated approach to supporting Europe's enterprise and cluster communities.

This month, the Promoting Enterprise team travelled to Dublin for a site visit, scouting venues and joining a stakeholder roundtable hosted by Ireland's Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment. The European Commission and leading Irish enterprise organisations came together to discuss the priorities that will shape the programme, from competitiveness and simplification to innovation, internationalisation and the green and digital transitions.

The programme is taking shape. More details on speakers, sessions and registration will follow in the coming months.
