Join MIIN & NIMO this October 2nd & 3rd for our MIIN-NIMO cross border Marine Industry Networking Event and Industry Tour!

As an attendee at our event, you will get first hand Marine Industry insights and networking opportunities with marine companies from the Carlingford Lough region. The event runs over 2 days, Thursday afternoon & evening, and Friday morning, finishing at lunchtime. A marine industry guided tour of the Carlingford Lough area is a key part of the event and a bus transfer is provided for tour attendees over the 2 days. Networking lunches & a networking dinner Thursday evening is also provided for attendees.

Industry Tour:

 

The marine industry companies we will visit on the industry tour over the 2 days are listed below (subject to change).

  • MJM Marine offers a complete turn-key solution for the outfitting of all spaces on board Cruise Ships, Ferries, Yachts and vessels of any type. (Newry)
  • Sea Source is a co-operative owned by the fishermen in Northern Ireland who have been catching, landing and selling their world class seafood in Kilkeel since 1853.
  • G Smyth Boats is a boat builder operating from Kilkeel harbour, building fishing boats and offering a repair service to the local and visiting fleet. Including the newly designed 12m Catamaran fishing vessel.
  • DR Maritime operate the UK’s largest independent fleet of specialist guard vessels, providing exceptional offshore guard and support services across Europe. (Kilkeel)
  • Doyle Shipping Group are an Irish Owned Shipping and Logistics Company with offices in Belfast, Greenore, Dublin, Cork, Fenit and Foynes. (Greenore)
  • Xocean are ocean data specialists, founded in 2017, using Uncrewed Surface Vessels (USVs), they provide turnkey ocean data. From mapping the seabed to environmental monitoring. (Rathcor)

Note: Spaces for the industry tour are limited.

Due to capacity constraints, tickets will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis. MIIN can only allow 1 person per company to attend the industry tour. If more than one person per company signs up to the tour, MIIN may be forced to move additional team members to a waiting list. Any remaining tickets will then be redistributed to our waiting list. MIIN reserves the right to refuse admission.
