Maritime Clusters, Global Challenges

What can maritime clusters achieve together—and how can every cluster make its voice heard?

Join the International Association of Maritime Clusters (IAMC) on 2 November 2026 for a free online conference bringing the world’s maritime clusters together to debate shared challenges and opportunities.

International speakers will challenge established thinking across three central themes:

  • Cooperation in a competitive world: How can maritime clusters work together while navigating commercial pressures and growing compliance demands?
  • Talent Without Borders: Where will the next generation of seagoing and shore-based talent come from? Putting the social dimension of ESG under the spotlight, this debate will explore one of maritime’s most pressing questions.

Small Cluster, Big Voice: Bringing large and small clusters into the same conversation, this final session will invite delegates to contribute their perspectives.
