AlgaeProBANOS a is co-funded project by the European Union through the Horizon Europe Programme, gathering 26 expert and industry partners and affiliated entities from the Baltic and North Sea area and beyond, to accelerate product development and market access for sustainable algae solutions. The mission of AlgaeProBANOS is to demonstrate viability and market accessibility for sustainable and innovative algae-based products and solutions in the Baltic and North Seas.

The Algae Accelerator OC1 is the entry point for access to direct vouchers and for integrating the APB Mentoring programme. Up to 10 solutions addressing challenges in the algae domain will be selected to integrate an intensive and innovative 6 month-long innovation programme, which will be directly supported by an expert mentor aligned with the selected challenge. This programme is designed by AlgaeProBANOS experts in business development and start-up growth, tailored to SMEs/Startups needs as per their individual stage of development, ensuring gradual but constant growth.

The deadline for applying to the Algae Accelerator OC1 is 20 December 2024, at 5pm CET (Brussels time).
